"I am pleased to give the highest possible recommendation to Carl. He put a new top on my classic car, and it is high quality work. His work was on time and on budget. And he was easy to communicate with during the project and kept me well informed. But I'm particularly grateful that he didn't just put on a new top, he did a thorough evaluation of the whole top mechanism and identified issues with the hydraulic system. He also removed the top's frame and had it painted. And he repaired some interior panels. I was happy to pay for these additional services to ensure that the whole system was done thoroughly and to a high standard. I will certainly go back to him with other upholstery projects, and I'm already recommending him to others."

His work on the top itself is high quality, on time and on budget. But what I especially appreciate is that he understood what I truly wanted wasn't just new a new top, I wanted a good looking, fully functional system. He proactively inspected the whole system, e.g., hydraulics, top frame, etc., identified some additional issues, communicated them to me clearly, proposed solutions and got my approval. During the project, he provided regular updates and answered all my questions. I have an additional project that I will certainly be working with Carl again."
