"I have a classic convertible and the cover that goes over the roof when it's folded is now 60+ years old. The velcro at the front of that cover has been shot for a long time and the cover flaps in the wind when the car is at speed. I called Carl to see if he could help me. Despite being extremely busy he agreed to take a look at it for me. When I got to his shop I spent a very pleasant 20 minutes chatting with him while he installed 6 snaps in the cover for me so it's sold as a rock now when I drive. He was super nice and the work was top notch. He told me he could reupholster the roof when and if the time came. I wouldn't hesitate to"
